Here is a little about me. I am 43 years old, married to my wonderful wife Elyse, living and working full time in Playa La Jolla beach, Puerto Penasco - Mexico. I am one of two partners in Casa Fina Real Estate, Development, and Construction Corporation. I manage the Real Estate and Development side of our operations and my business partner operates the construction division of our business. I have been developing and selling real estate in Puerto Penasco/Rocky Point Sonora Mexico for over eight years to date. My business partner, has been building homes in Puerto Penasco for well over twenty years and in Phoenix for over 40 years. I have extensive knowledge of the Mexico real estate marketplace as well as I am well educated in Mexico real estate law in regards to closings, setting up bank trust, and working with local ejido's. We can also build your dream home on the lot that you may be looking to purchase.

   I am actively involved in the community spearheading the "Keep Puerto Penasco Clean" campaign working with industry leaders, local agents, and city government leaders to help keep the city clean and to educate the public on conservation and environmental issues that could impact our city if they go un-checked. I am the President of Playa La Jolla Home Owners Association. I am also on the Board of Directors, President Elect/Vice President of the Puerto Penasco Association Of Real Estate Agents, A.C.. The PPAREA/Flex MLS is comprised of almost all of the professional real estate companies ownership and their agents. We are the governing board for our local industry and have firm professional and ethical guidelines that the membership must follow to remain in good standing. We also host and operate the Puerto Penasco Flex MLS, Puerto Penasco's only MLS. I am also fully licensed completing the mandatory Sonoran State Real Estate License in the first class offered in Puerto Penasco. As it stands only a handful of people hold their credentials in Puerto Penasco. If they have not completed the mandatory state training and they are not currently signed up for the diplomado they are working illegally as real estate sales persons. Ask to see their diplomado or their receipt of registration. Mexico real estate laws must be known by all sales professionals to ensure a safe, legal and binding transaction.
